After a recent renovation, Mustangs & Burros at Estancia La Jolla Resort & Spa, is showing off their chic new space for our Insiders with a hosted happy hour. Not an Insider yet? You can be. Set among the lush gardens of the property, Mustangs & Burros is a hacienda haven with an outdoor fireplace, twinkly lights, and cozy benches that make you want to stay awhile. The Insiders happy hour will feature cheese and charcuterie, roasted Brussels sprouts and Achiote pork ribs along with ceviche negro, charred Spanish octopus, and pita chips with grilled eggplant tapenade. Sip on something from their Local Cocktails list or try the surprise signature drink made with fresh local produce.
