Winter Wellness Sound Healing

About the Event

Sound bowls ring, are you listening? Start the winter season with a serene sound healing at the San Diego Botanic Garden! Join this 1-hour sound healing experience guided by Jazmine Amelia, a San Diego-based master Sound Bath Practitioner and teacher/mentor. Guests are asked to bring a yoga mat, pillows, and/or blankets for comfort. Soothed by the tranquil sounds of crystal singing bowls and gongs, start the winter season with inner harmony and balance!
