Screen Time and Your Health

Some screen time is unavoidable, but excessive use can lead to problems down the line

On average, adults spend 11 hours a day staring at some type of screen—phone, computer, tablet, TV, et cetera. For office workers, a good chunk of that is unavoidable, but that extra recreational screen time isn’t doing you any favors. There’s no consensus on how much is too much, but experts agree too much screen time can lead headaches, insomnia, carpal tunnel and other health problems. However, there are ways to cut back.
