4-Course Spiny Lobster Dinner and Demonstration at Vistal featuring Chula Seafood

Join Vistal, the Baja-inspired seafood restaurant located at the InterContinental San Diego, for an exclusive Four-Course Spiny Lobster Dinner and Demonstration on Friday, February 28 at 5 pm. In partnership with Chula Seafood, a local leader in seafood sustainability, this will be a night of culinary adventure, beginning with sunset cocktails on the terrace, followed by a live demonstration and Q+A from 40-year commercial fishing veteran David Haworth, owner of Pacific Horizon Fisheries. Then, guests will indulge in the four-course dinner featuring:
Lobster Terrine Chicories made with leeks, white asparagus, and vanilla bean champagne vinaigrette
Stinging Nettle Raviolo made with lobster Ricotta filling, artichoke, mustard frill, and kelp espuma
Zarandeado Half Lobster made with squid ink peewee potato, huitlacoche poblano puree, and romanesco
Blood Orange Panna Cotta made with meringue, mezcal honey, and basil tuille
