Start the evening with the Duck Confit Carnitas with spiced chochoyote dumplings, kabocha, pepitas, mole verde and petite red cress. Dive into the main course with a 16oz Prime Ribeye, with mille-feuilles potatoes, roasted tomatoes, green peppercorn sauce and crispy shallots, and the option to add half spiny lobster tail with herb butter for the ultimate Surf ‘N Turf. End the night with sweet and decadent Chocolate Rocher, with hazelnut-chocolate mousse, grand marnier chocolate sauce. Enjoy a la carte or bundle all three together for a total of $90.
