About the Event

Violinist Simone Porter has been recognized as an artist with impassioned energy, interpretive integrity, and vibrant communication.

She joins Cohda Quartet while Fellowship Artist Anna Han joins Abeo Quartet to perform Dvořák’s Piano Quintet in A Major, No. 2, Op. 81 for an inspiring afternoon of piano quintet repertoire.

Encounters are free afternoon events, featuring intriguing lectures, discussions, performances, and diverse perspectives. Encounters reveal fascinating insights into the ways in which music is created, influenced, interpreted, and performed. Registration required.
