French Flavors Explored During Monthly Dinner at Garibaldi, December 18-21st

Garibaldi, the rooftop Mediterranean restaurant at InterContinental San Diego, continues its monthly dinner series with a four-night culinary trip to France. From Thursday, December 18 through Sunday, December 21, guests can enjoy a four-course prix fixe menu by Executive Chef Franck Tasic, inspired by the flavors of the French coast. The menu features dishes such as Petite Salad Maison, Yellowtail Tuna Crudo “Niçoise,” classic Bouillabaisse, and Prime N.Y. Steak Frites, with an optional regional wine pairing available. Dessert ends on a sweet note with a Paris Brest filled with chestnut praline mousseline.
The French Dinner is priced at $65 per person, with wine pairings available for $35. Garibaldi’s full dinner menu will also be offered. Reservations are available on OpenTable.
