Join us for a refreshing Cold Plunge experience with Sweathouz! Reset your body and mind as you embrace the invigorating benefits of contrast therapy. Afterwards, learn more about Sweathouz and the variety of wellness services they offer — from infrared saunas and red light therapy to compression treatments and more.

As an added perk, SpaTerre will be offering 40% off 50- or 80-minute treatments (not already on special) for all guests and members who plunge that weekend, valid on appointments booked for Saturday and Sunday.
