About the Event

Join a Comic-Con-themed volunteer shift alongside our hunger action heroes, Hunger Halter and Demeter! This two-hour volunteer shift might include gleaning fresh produce or packing boxes of food. All attendees will get a copy of “Hunger Action Heroes Unite!,” the new comic book from Feeding San Diego that helps educate young readers about the opportunity of food rescue for hunger relief. Kids ages 6+ are welcome to join in the fun!
