Welcome to Zen AF: A morning yoga and sound experience!
Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating event on Sat May 24, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Monday Morning Bottle Shop.

Start your day off right with a calming yoga session followed by a soothing sound bath. Let go of the week’s stress and find your inner peace in this tranquil setting. No experience necessary, just come as you are and enjoy a blissful morning of self-care. Stay after class and enjoy one of the selections from the bottle shop to enjoy. This is a 100% alcohol free shop and event. Come and enjoy with us :)
