Workout: 6 Minutes of Death

6 minutes is the time it takes to complete Omari Broussard’s signature, military-inspired workout known as “6 Minutes of Death.” Broussard, a U.S. Navy veteran, owns the new 10X CrossFit gym in Sorrento Valley. His workout includes three different exercises, such as air squats, kettle bell swings, and burpees, which target the entire body.
