Charm can be bought, but seldom maintained. And few have maintained Euro charm like the owners of Cafe Chloe, the city’s most romantic bistro since 2004. Now they’re doubling down with Minou, an ode to the creperies made famous in northwest France.
They’ll serve sweet and savory crepes (French ham and gruyere, banh mi, braised short rib), plus composed salads, French onion soup, wines, beers, and ciders at a walk-up window and a full sit-down dining room.
The interior is all art nouveau with a small market section selling French foods and assorted kitchen goods. The owners are also using it as an event space with the pinkest bathroom in the city. Oui, oui!
