1 scoop chocolate Designer Whey protein powder
1 tbsp peanut butter
3/4 cup almond milk
1/2 frozen banana
5 ice cubes
3 handfuls spinach

2 green apples
3 squirts of lemon
1 thumb-size ginger
5 chunks of pineapple
1 tbsp of chia powder (optional)
water (about 2 inches deep)

1 handful of spinach or kale
1 cup frozen mango or pineapple
1 banana (fresh or frozen)
1 ripe pear
1 small piece of ginger, peeled
Water for desired consistency
A few ice cubes (optional)
Chia seeds (optional)
Add greens to blender first, then add fruit. Add a little bit of water and if it’s not blending well, add more. Once blended, stir in chia seeds and enjoy!
