Charles Connoy

Connoy is Vice President of Global Platform at Sony Computer Entertainment World Wide Studios, responsible for Information Technology and Global Quality Assurance for Sony-developed PlayStation video games, and Sony PlayStation Online Games at all studios in the United States, Europe and Japan. Connoy serves on the Board of Directors for Software San Diego and is a founding member of the San Diego Chapter of the Society for Information Management.

Dave Druker 

As Executive Vice President at Dataskill, Druker is responsible for marketing, sales, client services and the operation of the Tijuana office. Prior to Dataskill, Druker was the branch manager for Technology Locator in San Diego. He’s also had a long career developing applications and managing application developers for companies in the insurance and annuity business, financial services and healthcare industries. This is Druker’s fourth time serving as a Top Tech Exec judge.

Abe Esguerra

Esguerra, a transformational IT leader with over 20 years of experience , serves as Director of Information Technology at Dudek. He’s a member of the American Information Technology Professional’s (AITP) San Diego chapter, San Diego CIO Roundtable and a founding member of the AITP CIO Executive Council. He was named a Top Tech Exec Honoree for the Private Large Company category in 2014.

Kelly Gunning

Mr. Gunning recently retired from BAE Systems where he served as the IT Director and West Coast Chief Information Officer, managing all aspects of IT for the west coast sector.  He was also in charge of the enterprise-wide collaboration portfolio, integrating technologies and processes to create the collaboration capabilities for the 40,000+ employees to work together as well as with their customers. In 2011, he was selected as the Top Tech Exec honoree in the Private Large Company category.

Brad Williams

With more than 20 years of information technology leadership experience, Williams is the Director of Information Technology at Petco Animal Supplies. Previously, Williams worked at Illumina as the head of its Global IT Client Services Group and at Biogen IDEC as the IT Director, responsible for Global IT Operations. He has served as a Top Tech Exec judge for the past four years.
