Amélie Gadoum, Head Cheffe
Raised in France, Bistro du Marché head cheffe Amélie Gadoum learned early that food’s a language of love. Today, the ingredients she “talks” with are locally sourced, reimagined into bold dishes she calls a “French-Californian conversation.”
Gadoum leads her kitchen with respect, passion, and collaboration. It’s a place where the best idea wins. She knew she’d found her calling when a guest tearfully said her coq au vin tasted like her French mother’s. “Cooking is about connection, not just feeding people,” she emphasizes. “It’s connecting memories and creating emotion.”
