Inspired by her own teachers and research on child wellbeing, she promotes prevention-first initiatives like Parker’s smart device policy and creates internships to mentor future mental health professionals, including school counselors. As President Elect of SANDCASP and a national mentor through NASP, Megan centers whole-student growth, balance, and lasting wellness while guiding the next generation of educators.
