Held at the Catamaran Resort Hotel & Spa on Mission Bay, the morning kicks off with two mini workouts at 20 minutes each, followed by an after party with bites from healthy restaurants, drinks, a DJ, mini massages, giveaways, and more.
This year’s lineup includes boot camp by AquaVie Fitness, yoga by Buddhi Yoga, H.I.I.T. with Orangetheory, barre by Pure Barre, Pilates with Relevate, cardio hip hop with The Facility Dance Studio, and boxing conditioning with UFC Gym. Workout with each studio during the class portion, then hear more about membership and chat with instructors at their booth at the after party.
