This year’s golf tournament cochairs, George Young and Paul Murphy, led the American Cancer Society Partnership Council to a record-breaking net amount of $212,000.
The proceeds have made it possible for ACS to fund $154 million in grants and fellowships in lifesaving cancer research in San Diego over the past 15 years. Major sponsors included Celgene, George and Meryl Young, Maher-Walker and Zeigler, and Sycuan.
