Cinnamon rolls from Café Topés

Just a block off Carlsbad Village’s main drag, the new Café Topés is already becoming famous for its cinnamon rolls. They’re dense, buttery, and frosted liberally, and morning customers are posting photos of them like crazy on Instagram and Facebook (that’s where we found ‘em!) 3091 Roosevelt Street, Carlsbad
