Alma Rosa Wine Dinner at Juniper And Ivy

About the Event

Experience an intimate, exclusive evening of culinary excellence at Juniper and Ivy on Wednesday, July 17 from 6-9pm, as Chef de Cuisine Alex Penkin and Sommelier Daniel Cools host an unforgettable four course dinner and wine pairing, featuring Head Winemaker Samra Morris from Alma Rosa Wines. This one of a kind event begins at 6:00pm with a welcome reception including passed canapés and bubbles and followed by a special introduction to Samra Morris. At 6:45pm, guests will be seated for a decadent four-course meal, with each dish expertly paired to harmonize with the Alma Rosa wine to highlight every flavor and note.

First Course
Beef Carpaccio – miso ponzu, fried shallots, P. daikon and mustard frills
Paired with – 2022 Vin Gris of Pinot Noir, Sta. Rita Hills
Second Course
Ak Halibut – oyster mushroom, English peas, pork belly and citrus bur
Paired with – Blanc alongside a 2021 Chardonnay, El Jabali Vineyard, Sta. Rita Hills
Third Course
Wagyu NY Strip “Surf and Turf” – asparagus, fried leeks, lobster raviolis and Demi glacé
Paired with – 2021 Syrah, El Jabali Vineyard, Sta. Rita Hills.
Fourth Course
Chamomile Panna Cotta – fresh peaches and apricot
Paired with – 2021 Pinot Noir, El Jabali Vineyard, Sta. Rita Hills

This world-class experience is available for parties of minimum of 1 guest up to 4 guests maximum, at $200 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
