Voices for Children hosted a judges’ luncheon with guest speakers Carolyn M. Caietti, presiding judge, San Diego Superior Court, and County Supervisor Dave Roberts. Both spoke on children in foster care and of the vital role the volunteer court-appointed special advocates have in making foster children’s lives better in San Diego County. More than 150 community leaders and supporters attended the donor recognition event. Voices for Children is the only agency in San Diego County designated to provide court-appointed special advocates to foster children.
