If you had asked Kelly O’Connor about the big C a couple years ago, you would have been referring to the C-suite. She had a successful corporate career working with C-level executives at a tech company. Then the other big C had entered her life, cancer. She underwent treatment at Scripps Cancer Center and formed a special bond with her doctors and nurses. Once cancer-free, O’Connor wanted to give back and help other people facing a cancer diagnosis.
