Tim and his wife Judy founded Pali Wine Co. in 2005, with the goal of expressing the full potential of California’s Central Coast to produce elegant, refined wines. Planting their own vineyard in the Sta. Rita Hills in 2012, Pali Wine Co. has since significantly expanded upon their offerings while maintaining their world class quality, and has earned impressive ratings for their inaugural vintage all the way to their newest releases.
