Start your weekend with movement and mindfulness at Deliberately Adopted Floral & Design in La Mesa. This special event blends an energizing yet grounding yoga flow with a calming meditation and the soothing vibrations of sound healing, creating the perfect space to reset and reconnect.

Whether you’re looking to release stress, find balance, or simply take some time for yourself, this class is designed to leave you feeling refreshed and restored. No experience needed—just come as you are and move in a way that feels good.
