Coffee lovers looking for their 15 minutes of fame are encouraged to head to The King’s Craft Coffee Company (TKC) in Poway tomorrow, January 13. The craft coffee shop announced in a somewhat vague blog post this week that MTV is planning to shoot a documentary at the shop during the day, but TKC’s owner— former Chargers player Cory Withrow—says he doesn’t know what the show is going to be about. “I didn’t ask too many questions,” he says.

According to Withrow, MTV found The King’s Craft while looking for Poway locations on Yelp and liked its vibe.

To encourage customers to attend, TKC is offering a happy hour deal during the day: buy any drink from 2 p.m. until closing and get the second one half off.

Customers that end up in the shoot will need to sign a waiver, but other than that, Withrow says anyone’s welcome and that no specific attire is required. “Come as you are—we’re going to be here serving coffee like we are every day!”
