After School Art Class // Clay & Sculpture

About the Event

In this six-week course, students will explore the fundamentals of sculpture and design while working hands-on with clay. Students will learn how to transform a lump of clay into a variety of forms, culminating in a final project that showcases their skills. Ceramics offers a multi-sensory learning experience that supports different learning styles and encourages problem-solving, fine motor development, and confidence through experimentation and revision. Along the way, students will also strengthen collaboration, critical thinking, and an appreciation for creativity, culture, and community.

October 1 from 4:30 – 6:00 PM
October 8 from 4:30 – 6:00 PM
October 15 from 4:30 – 6:00 PM
October 22 from 4:30 – 6:00 PM
