San Diego Magazine‘s Omakase Open* presented by Sapporo is a high-energy culinary competition bringing together some of San Diego’s top sushi + omakase restaurants for one night of creativity, craftsmanship, and friendly rivalry. Guests taste, vote, and interact directly with chefs, while an expert judging panel crowns a Best Overall victor. Attendees will also crown one overall winner and three runner-up restaurants for a high-caliber sushi showdown. The event will feature live music, food/beverage tasting experiences, and more to benefit San Diego’s Convoy Pan Asian Cultural and Business Innovation District.
