🗓️ Mark your Calendars! We’re kicking off the start of our 2025-2026 season! 🥳

Famous for performing directly from historical notation and around a single music stand—as was customary during the Renaissance—Cappella Pratensis, under the direction of Tim Braithwaite, returns with a program centered on Dufay’s Missa Aurea for the Annunciation. This exquisite mass will be performed alongside the plainchant propers for the feast of the Annunciation and Marian motets by Dufay’s younger contemporary, Antoine Busnoys. Also featured is a dramatic chanting of the Gospel account of the Annunciation, fully aligned with the theatrical tradition of the Golden Mass.
