Celebrate A Lo Fresco Grand Opening at North City in San Marcos with Free Bowls, Juices, and More

Celebrate the grand opening of A Lo Fresco, a new fast-casual restaurant opening at North City, the vibrant mixed-use development in the heart of San Marcos. The first 50 guests will receive a free bowl, and the next 150 will receive a free juice during the all-day celebration.

Founded by Olga Saldivar and Emilio Herrera, A Lo Fresco offers fresh, globally inspired, health-forward meals influenced by the couple’s travels through Mexico, Miami, Peru, and Korea. The menu includes signature bowls, wraps, hot burritos, organic sourdough toasts, cold-pressed juices, and smoothies made with nutrient-rich ingredients.

Guests can also enjoy A Lo Fresco’s meal prep and catering services, designed to bring global flavor and wellness into everyday routines and events.
