As Executive Chef Partner at La Strega in Las Vegas, Gina has earned national acclaim, including recognition from the James Beard Foundation, Eater Las Vegas’s “Chef of the Year,” and Las Vegas Weekly’s “Best Chef” honors. Celebrated for her ingredient‑driven dishes, deep respect for Italian tradition, and bold yet approachable style, Gina will craft a menu that transports guests to Italy’s sun‑soaked shores—right here at La Costa.
