About the Event

Join us Monday, January 29th, for a delicious and educational collaborative agave pairing featuring Beaumont’s and Old Town’s Tahona Bar. During our four courses, three spirits, and two cocktails crafted by Tahona’s bar team, you will get to learn about how different agaves and production processes can create a wide spectrum of flavors in tequilas and mezcals. Each course you will be tasting has been collaboratively created by Beaumont’s Chef Micheal Levine and Tahona Bar’s Chef Adrian Villarreal to enhance the natural flavors of the agaves.

Course One : Scallop Carpaccio, Apple, Persimun, Fermented Scallion
Course Two : Duck Hoisin Pastor, Heirloom Corn Tortillas, Pickled Charred Onions
Course Three : Surf & Turf – Seat Trout Cama, Lamb Rack, Black Garlic Sauce
Course Four : Masa Basque Cheesecake, Charcoal Meringue, Citrus Gastrique

As always, expect some delicious surprises along the way.

Additionally, guests who join us for this agave dinner will get priority and discounted access when the Beaumont’s team heads to Tahona in April for another collaborative dinner!
