Learn how to make cultured milk & dairy products through fermentation!

Your ticket includes:
– Discussion about food fermentation and its many benefits
– Demonstration of cultured probiotic-rich dairy foods such as yogurt, kefir, and fresh cheese!*
– a take-home milk kefir culture
– We’ll be snacking on some cultured dairy treats, too!

*This class will not be covering plant-based milk alternatives.
