About the Event

Falls are a leading cause of injury, especially among older adults, but with the right
knowledge and techniques, many falls can be prevented. Learn practical tips on how to
reduce fall risks at home and in daily life. In addition, we will have a live demonstration to show you simple exercises and safety strategies that can help improve balance and strength. Presented by Reneu Health.

Thursday, October 24. Lunch 12-12:30pm. Lecture 12:30-1:30pm.
