Garibaldi, located on the third floor of the InterContinental San Diego, is celebrating Easter with a Mediterranean-inspired menu that blends coastal tradition with springtime flair. Guests can enjoy festive starters like Braided Greek Easter Bread (Tsoureki) and Harissa Deviled Farm Eggs before savoring in Roasted Volcano Lamb Shank. End your meal on a sweet note with the Spiced Carrot Cake. Set against sweeping bay and skyline views, the experience captures the relaxed elegance of Mediterranean coastal dining for the holiday. The restaurant will open early at 3pm, with the holiday menu offered at $65 per person and à la carte options available. Enjoy complimentary 3-Hour parking with a purchase of $50 or more. Reservations can be made via OpenTable.
