San Diego Storytelling Festival

About the Event

Immerse yourself in glorious stories–personal, folkloric and literary, told by working storytellers, community members, and
whomever comes to the 12pm open mic and signs up to tell! There is a program for kids and older folks running concurrently through the day. Storytellers of San Diego and the Coronado Public Library present the 15th annual San Diego Storytelling Festival with the theme of “Deep Water.”
Come for a splash of Art & Stories and/or the opening and closing concerts featuring San Diego teller, along with invited guests, Vicki Juditz of LA, and Colin Urwin, seanshai from Northern Ireland,
There will be practical storytelling workshops by both esteemed guests, as well as an opening workshop on “Storytelling for emotional Impact”.
A premiere panel discussion from women in the military will be revealing and welcome.
