SHOOT: A Collection of San Diego’s Best Music Photography

Debuting on December 15 and running through February 29, this exhibit showcases a curated collection of photographs capturing iconic moments from the lens of legends. It’s a visual symphony that celebrates 40 years of the iconic music scene of San Diego and beyond.

This group show exhibit features 15 artists; Otis “O” Barthoulameu, Sean McMullen, Becky DiGilio, Tim Bugbee, Kristy Walker, Grant Reinero, Terrin Durfey, Tim Fears, Andrew Rowley, Rick Perez, Derek Plank, and David NT.

Each photograph is a frozen note in time, capturing the raw energy and emotion that defines these artists from a personal level lens that only a few have been lucky to be able to see through. The gallery walls will echo with the visual stories of concerts backstage, behind the scenes, in a studio, or on tour, bringing the spirit of legendary venues like the Casbah and the airwaves of radio ’91x’ to life.

Featuring iconic acts like Rocket from the Crypt, Fluf, The Bronx, The Schizophonics, Anya Marina, The Silent Comedy, Drive Like Jehu, Charles Bradley, Billy Joe Armstrong, Silversun Pickups, Low Volts, Cigarettes after Sex, July Talk, and many more.
