About the Event

Join Pali Wine Co.’s founder, Tim Perr, for a delightful evening of wine and food pairings during a special tasting on September 15th at Pali Wine Co.’s Little Italy outpost. Tim will be pouring a selection of standout and otherwise impossible-to-get vintages directly from his own library, each thoughtfully paired with dishes crafted by chef Logan Kendall, chef of Pali’s first full-service restaurant, Cellar Hand.

Tim and his wife Judy founded Pali Wine Co. in 2005, with the goal of expressing the full potential of California’s Central Coast to produce elegant, refined wines. Planting their own vineyard in the Sta. Rita Hills in 2012, Pali Wine Co. has since significantly expanded upon their offerings while maintaining their world class quality, and has earned impressive ratings for their inaugural vintage all the way to their newest releases.
