Thanksgiving Day at Lana!

This Thanksgiving, pull up a seat at Lana, the newly opened coastal gem on Highway 101 offering an exclusive three-course Thanksgiving menu, bringing a sophisticated take on holiday classics with a focus on the best of San Diego’s local ingredients. The menu includes starters like the rich Butternut Squash Soup with toasted pumpkin seeds; Hamachi Crudo with an asian salad, oranges and yuzu citrus ponzu; along with Lana classics like the Chopped Salad or Prawn Spring Rolls. For the main course, try an elevated take on the classic Roast Turkey with potato puree, brussels sprouts and gravy; Red Wine Braised Short Rib with kale risotto, crispy onion and mushroom jus; King Salmon with baby bok choy, citrus butter and herb salad; or Pot Roasted Carrots with carrot top gremolata, potato puree and caramelized onion jus. To top it all off with something sweet, go for a classic Pumpkin Pie with fresh whipped cream, or try some Lana classics like the Cast Iron Skillet Cookie with vanilla ice cream or a Strawberry Sorbet with mixed berries. The prix fixe dinner is priced at $85 for adults or $25 for a children’s turkey plate and dessert. Reservations are available via Opentable. Lana is also available for private group lunches, dinners and corporate events; host an event at Lana by completing the private event form.
