Vistal Behind The Catch Immersive Dinner Series – Rockfish

Vistal, the waterfront sustainable seafood restaurant at InterContinental San Diego, will host the next installment of its quarterly Behind the Catch immersive dinner series on Friday, January 30 at 6pm, highlighting locally sourced San Diego rockfish. The evening takes guests beyond the plate with an expert-led conversation on the local seafood industry, featuring John Hyde of NOAA Fisheries West Coast and Forrest Bogue of Fayal Fisheries, paired with a curated four-course dinner showcasing rockfish at the peak of its season. As a Smart Catch–certified restaurant, Vistal’s series reflects its ongoing commitment to sustainable seafood. Tickets are $75 per person and include entry into a raffle with prizes from Promar and Vistal.
