Coffee drinkers can be picky. Thankfully, the new Copa Vida caters to various styles of caffeinating. Adjacent to Petco Park, the café is divided into three concepts. “Go,” available weekday mornings, is a self-service station with prebrewed coffee—Copa Vida’s own roast—and a cash box for the honor-system payment of $2.50 per cup. “Enjoy” offers barista-made espresso drinks. And “Experience” is for the more inquisitive coffee lover, who can take classes in latte art and brewing methods. There’s also cold brew and kombucha on tap, breakfast burritos, and this month, holiday-themed drinks like a candy cane spritzer with white tea. Sweet!
