Founder Stephanie Parker guides participants as they shuttle to five locations—Suzie’s Farm, Societe Brewing Company, Cafe Virtuoso, San Pasqual Winery, and The MeatMen salumi company—where they taste local bites and learn about sustainable production. “It’s about immersing travelers and locals in San Diego’s exceptional craft scene,” says Parker, an SDSU grad with management experience at the Brigantine restaurants and Stone Brewing Co.
