Holden Timeless Beauty (HTB) is a multi-location medical aesthetics practice based in Southern California. Focused on education, excellence, and inspiring confidence, HTB empowers individuals to age gracefully and hold time back. HTB would not be what it is without founder and owner Dr. Amanda Holden.

Dr. Holden has a passion for inspiring others to be the best versions of themselves and encouraging them to always follow their dreams. This is what led her to pursue the art of medical aesthetics. Since starting Holden Timeless Beauty in 2019, she has quickly become an innovator in the field of medical aesthetics and has scaled her practice to become one of the leading medical spas in San Diego County.

As HTB’s footprint in San Diego continues to grow, so does its clientele. Dr. Holden is known for being the preferred provider for several local reality TV stars and celebrities. She is an expert on all the latest treatments and has insider knowledge as to what these high-profile clients seek.

Dr. Holden has worked with clients from a variety of popular reality shows such as The Bachelor, The Bachelorette, The Voice, MTV’s Young Mom’s Club, and Nick Cannon presents “Wild ’n Out.” For the cast of The Bachelor and The Bachelorette, many invest in facial balancing. Facial balancing is a treatment that aims to enhance the overall symmetry and harmony of the face. It often involves the use of fillers to adjust the proportions of different facial features, creating a more balanced and aesthetically pleasing look. This treatment has recently gained popularity as more people become aware of the subtle yet impactful changes it can offer. Dr. Holden said cheek and chin fillers are also very popular among these clients. These fillers help define and enhance the contours of the face, providing a more youthful and balanced appearance.

According to Dr. Holden, lip fillers and laser hair removal are consistently popular in the world of medical aesthetics. Contrary to what many may expect, laser hair removal becomes more popular as we approach fall and winter because treatments are most effective when the skin is not exposed to the sun. The cooler weather allows for easier post-treatment care and minimizes the risk of hyperpigmentation.

“We’re also seeing more interest in Preventative Botox and microneedling with PRP treatments,” said Dr. Amanda Holden. Preventative Botox involves using small doses of Botox to prevent the formation of wrinkles before they become deeply etched into the skin. Microneedling with PRP, or Platelet-Rich Plasma, involves using the patient’s own blood to stimulate collagen production and enhance the skin’s healing process. These treatments have become popular due to their effectiveness in maintaining a youthful appearance and improving skin texture.

Dr. Holden frequently works with agents from the Oppenheim Group in San Diego and says she would absolutely love to see a Selling San Diego show. “I had the honor of attending one of their grand opening parties at the La Jolla office with a friend, Ashtyn, who is one of their real estate agents,” says Dr. Holden. Ashtyn sees Dr. Holden regularly for small amounts of Botox Type A and facial balancing with filler in her lips or cheeks. “San Diego is such a beautiful city with so many incredible homes that I think it would make a perfect reality show for this series, and Ashtyn would be an incredible cast member!” says Dr. Holden.

For those new to medical aesthetics, Dr. Holden says the most common starter treatment at HTB is Botox Cosmetic or Dysport. “We actually do about 80% Dysport and 20% Botox Cosmetics. I recommend that people come in every 3 to 4 months for treatments once they have fine lines that are etching into their upper face. This typically occurs around someone’s late 20s to late 30s. If someone has these fine lines appearing at an early age, we might recommend doing the treatment every six months instead of every 2, 3, or 4 months for the first five years or so,” said Dr. Holden.

In addition to the wide range of treatments available, HTB places a strong emphasis on personalized care and client education. Dr. Holden and her team take the time to understand each client’s unique needs and aesthetic goals, ensuring that every treatment plan is tailored to deliver the best possible results. This commitment to individualized care has helped HTB build a loyal and satisfied clientele who trust Dr. Holden’s expertise and vision.

Earlier this summer, HTB celebrated the opening of its fifth practice in Mission Valley. Learn more about the variety of treatments offered by Dr. Holden and her team at www.holdentimelessbeauty.com/.
