Dr. Bindal is the president of KAB Medical Group Inc. (KMG Psychiatry), an integrative psychiatry practice that combines traditional treatments, like medication management and counseling services, with more innovative treatments, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy and intranasal Ketamine (Spravato) treatment, to achieve best possible outcomes.
A board-certified psychiatrist and sleep specialist, Dr. Bindal has more than 20 years of experience. Dr. Bindal and his team take pride in supporting the mental health needs of underserved populations and specializes in treating depression and PTSD for military personnel. He also helps people experiencing anxiety, schizophrenia, and autism spectrum disorders, among other conditions.
Dr. Bindal has consistently been named a Diamond Circle Provider, awarded to the highest volume TMS practices, and received the Outstanding Leadership & Corporation Award by Health Conference 2.0. Dr. Bindal was listed as a Top Doctor in 2024, and the practice was voted Best of San Diego 2024 by consumers. Dr. Bindal also serves on the Board with the DCA’s Structural Pest Control Board.
