Bacon obsessed foodies flocked to the Embarcadero Saturday, May 31, for the all-day festival with all inclusive bacon-centric sample tastings, libation booths, and live music. Chefs created their most imaginative, fresh recipes incorporating bacon, and highlighted the best artisan and craft barrel beverages such as bourbon, beer, wine, and scotch. The weekend festivities kicked off Friday night at Bassmnt with a four course all bacon dinner, prepared by Chef Brooke Williamson, Top Chef alum.
