More than 10,000 foodies from across the nation attended the San Diego Bay Wine & Food Festival for a week of sensory overload featuring wine-tasting seminars, cooking classes led by award-winning chefs, wine and food tastings, and the action-packed Chef of the Fest Competition, won by Sea Rocket Bistro’s Tommy Fraioli.
