Nothing says spring in San Diego quite like—Christmas flowers? This year, the Carlsbad Flower Fields introduces a historic poinsettia display into its lineup. Originally cultivated in the US by the Ecke family, who owns the 50-acre Flower Fields, the poinsettia is one of the best-selling potted plants in the world.

The traditional winter flower will be sharing the spotlight with the Fields’ usual suspects, including giant Tecolote ranunculus, as well as roses, orchids, and petunias in a variety of colors and sizes. Hop on the tractor-driven wagon and enjoy San Diego’s most colorful spring tradition in full bloom.
