Dr. Boddu is double board-certified in pain medicine and anesthesiology with over 25 years of experience. He is a six-time Top Doctor in San Diego County and the recipient of the 2025 Manchikanti Excellence Award in Regenerative Medicine, which honors achievements in furthering nonsurgical and biologic treatments for spine and joint disorders. He is a contributing author of chapters in Atlas of Interventional Orthopedics Procedures and co-authored chapters in Essentials of Regenerative Medicine in Interventional Pain Management. He conducted FDA-authorized umbilical cord stem cell treatments for patients with severe COVID.
Dr. Boddu serves on the medical advisory team of Apex Biologix and on the scientific board at Therapeutic Solutions International Inc. He was chairman of the Anesthesiology Department at TriCity Medical Center from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that he was chairman at Providence Mission Hospital Laguna Beach, where he practiced Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology.
