About the Event

Our co-founder, Steve Wagner, has long enjoyed pairing a fine cigar with a great beer, inspiring a tradition of hosting indulgent beer and cigar pairing dinners. Join us for a multi-course dinner featuring a Thanksgiving-inspired menu, perfectly paired beers, and three cigars included with your ticket.

Opening Bite
Duck Confit & Triple-Crème Brie
French baguette layered with rich duck confit, triple-crème Brie, and pickled cranberry.
Paired w/ Stone Dayfall Belgian White | 5.5%

First Course
Filet & Chanterelle Mushroom
Beef tenderloin with sautéed wild chanterelle mushrooms, black truffle sabayon, and a crisp parmesan tuile.
Paired w/ Delicious Tropical IPA | 6.3 %

Salad Course
Champagne Pear & Frisée Salad
Frisée and arugula with champagne-poached pear, warm bacon lardon vinaigrette, crisp potato, maple-glazed pecans, and fried shallots.
Paired w/ Stone Winter Harvest Triple | 10.7%

Main Course
Bacon-Wrapped Turkey Ballotine
Bacon-wrapped turkey ballotine, brioche stuffing, crimini mushroom duxelles, cranberry compote, brown-butter sweet potatoes, charred bourbon-glazed Brussels sprouts, thyme jus, and a poultry crackling.
Paired w/ Stone Cali-Belgique IPA aged in Red Wine Barrels | 9.5%

Dessert Course
Bourbon Pecan Tart
Buttery pecan tart finished with smoked maple cream and dark chocolate bark.
Paired w/ 2016 Double Bastard Ale | 10%
