Kimberly Blair’s work at The Guides Holistic Therapies is deeply intertwined with its San Diego setting. The sun, ocean, and energy inspire her—and help her pass that vivacity onto her clients. Years in tech left Blair burned out and facing an autoimmune diagnosis, and after she lost her mother, holistic practices restored her health and revealed her calling.
Blair blends a background in psychology; an MBA; and certifications
in clinical hypnotherapy, grief counseling, breathwork, Reiki, and sound therapy at her practice, which she launched in 2023. Her philosophy is clear: “There’s no cookie-cutter approach to healing,” she says.
“Each person’s story is unique, and my work is about listening deeply and bringing together the right combination of tools. This way, clients get integrated paths forward rather than having to navigate a
dozen practitioners.”
