See the world premiere screening of Chelsea’s Light: A Brother’s Journey tonight at the San Diego Film Festival downtown. The film recounts the original San Diego story of Chelsea King and the work of her brother, Tyler King, to stop the criminal abuse of children. Also, don’t miss out on the charity event following the film, with proceeds benefitting the Chelsea’s Light Foundation!

When: Screening September 23 at 7 p.m., followed by an after-party and charity event at 8:30 p.m.

Why: The goal of the film is to pass versions of Chelsea’s Law in all 50 states. The 30-minute documentary was directed by two-time Emmy Award-winner Bruce Caulk and written by Tyler King, who served as producer on the film with parents Kelly & Brent King.
